KV-SC-1550型旋涂?jī)x為珠海凱為設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)品采用無(wú)極調(diào)速技術(shù)和數(shù)字化時(shí)間控制技術(shù)，兩級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)計(jì)，使用時(shí)可分兩步旋涂：低轉(zhuǎn)速攤開(kāi)和高轉(zhuǎn)速勻膠。本旋涂?jī)x可用于半導(dǎo)體材料、集成電路、微光學(xué)、生命科學(xué)、凝聚態(tài)物理、化學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)及生產(chǎn)中?？捎糜诟鞣N半導(dǎo)體材料和其他的化學(xué)材料在硅片、載玻片、導(dǎo)電玻璃、聚合物片材等的表面旋涂成膜。

KV-SC-1550 is a compact and easy-to-use spin coater for precise and uniform deposition of thin films and coatings. Its rugged, vibration-free and portable design makes it a versatile tool for your research facility. A two-stage spin process allows dispensing at low speed and homogenizing the coating at high speed. The spin coater can be used in the research and production of organic electronics devices, such as organic solar cells or OPV, OLED , electrochromic devices, it also can be used in photoresist etching, ic design, life science research, et al.

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

1）兩級(jí)連續(xù)自動(dòng)變速設(shè)計(jì)，轉(zhuǎn)速500-11000rpm（實(shí)際使用的最大轉(zhuǎn)速受旋涂基材直徑、所使用的真空泵的最大吸附真空度和氣流量限制）；

2）數(shù)字式旋涂時(shí)間設(shè)定，精度更高；

3）分體式設(shè)計(jì)，旋轉(zhuǎn)室和旋轉(zhuǎn)吸盤(pán)使用聚四氟乙烯材料設(shè)計(jì)，方便拆洗；

4）四種不同直徑的聚四氟乙烯旋轉(zhuǎn)吸盤(pán)可選擇，適合不同直徑的片材的旋涂；

5）高密封旋轉(zhuǎn)式真空吸附頭設(shè)計(jì)，最大吸附真空度可達(dá)-0.08MPa，使用更安全；

6）旋轉(zhuǎn)室可通惰性氣體或反應(yīng)性氣體；

7）采用24V直流電機(jī)，內(nèi)置平衡轉(zhuǎn)軸，旋涂更加穩(wěn)定。
